PER MONTH ON THE BASIS OF MERIT, GREVIOUSNESS, AND THE CHALLENGE OF YOUR CASE.
Should you require representation in Illinois, Mr. Isaacs charges
$250 per hour downstate and $300 per hour in Cook County. Cook & Madison county travel
airfare expense is @$250.00 roundtrip. Mr. Isaacs may
assist your local counsel as a consultant and do
"one case appearances" as lead trial counsel affiliated with local counsel at
the same hourly rate plus travel and expenses in any
Jurisdiction. Mr. Isaacs must control all tactics
and pleadings. A retainer of $10,000 TO $15,000 is always required in advance.This may be
paid by certified check, Master Card, or VISA. Cases involving false criminal or abuse
charges are considered on a case by case basis and the retainer is $10,000 TO $25,000
because of the necessity of coordinating parallel civil and criminal proceedings.The
charges must be false and an initial part of your case will entail a polygraph examination
by an Illinois expert.

ARBITRATION / MEDIATION
Mr Isaacs has been trained and certified as a BBB Arbitrator.
Mediation/arbitration fees are the same as regular legal fees with a minimum fee of $2000 per hearing plus expenses. No attorneys are allowed to be present during mediation or arbitration hearings chaired by Mr. Isaacs. Family, commercial matters, and injury cases may be arbitrated or mediated.
Mr. Isaacs is available for TV and radio appearances, international speaking engagements
for fathers' rights groups, and for visiting professorships and speaking engagements at
law schools.
