TO MINIMIZE CHILD SUPPORT
Until courts require custodial parents to account for how child
support is being spent in the same manner that courts now require accountings of trustees
of disabled people, fathers must use all legal means to reduce support so they may spend
the money directly on the children. Spending money directly on the children is the only
way to control waste of the children’s support money. If child support is buying a
house, the children should have an ownership interest preserved through legal protections.
Child support belongs to the children, not the custodial parent.
A petition to modify support follows. This MUST be filed if your
income is reduced. An agreement between you and the mother is not valid because it is the
child’s money NOT hers!
