1. That on an Order was entered in the above-entitled cause ON ______ordering  p/r to pay the sum of ___per month to   R/P   , commencing on         for support of the minor children of the parties.

2. That since entry of said Order    P/R   has been ACTIVATED AS A MILITARY RESERVIST, OR is now unemployed( OR CHANGED JOB. LOST OVERTIME, transferred out of US with reduced income, ETC), his only source of income being  HIS LOWERED SALARY OR  Public Aid.

3. That P /R’s child support should be reduced to reflect lack of OR REDUCED earnings and any arrearage forgiven.

5. That upon obtaining employment OR INCREASING  OF INCOME this Court should review the child support provisions between the parties.

6.  That the custodial parent is well able to subsist on lowered child support  in that, with the prior level of child support , money was often spent on non essential items or for the benefit of  persons other than the children of P/R.

WHEREFORE prays that this Court Modify the child support provisions of the Order entered by lowering the amount of child support to be paid monthly, forgiving any arrearages, and for such other relief the Court deems just and equitable.
